It has come to our attention that scammers are posing as the Portland Roadster Show for payment. We will not be able to honor registrations paid for by PayPal, Facebook, Venmo or any other digital means. We only accept checks as stated in the registration documents. If you have paid by a digital method, contact your financial institution immediately.

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Portland Roadster Show.

Founded by a fellowship of Pacific Northwest car enthusiasts, the Portland Roadster Show has built a tradition around cars, clubs and community spirit. For generations, builders and owners have brought their vehicles to Portland not simply to compete, but to share their craftsmanship, ideas and passion with people who understand what goes into building something special.

When you exhibit here, you’re adding your own work to that tradition — at a show where the cars are the stars and the people behind them are what keep hot rodding alive.

We look forward to welcoming you, your family and your vehicle to the Portland Expo Center. Print and complete these forms below; they must be mailed in with payment.

• Vehicles will be chosen to represent the classes by the judges.
• Standard display spaces are 10’ x 20’ for cars/trucks depending on size of vehicle and 10’x10’ for motorcycle.
• Larger spaces and turntable displays 20’x20’ max must be approved by the show manager prior to entry deadline and carry a higher entry fee.
• Please provide ropes and stanchions that enhance your display but do not restrict viewing. If you do not have these items, they will be provided free of charge by the show.
• See Booth Equipment and Electrical Rentals below for table, carpet and power rentals. Order Power early, the deadline is mid February for the Early Registration Discount.
• Fuel Tank level will be checked at the door; over one quarter (1/4) tank will not be allowed entry! Batteries and gas caps will be checked and identified correct or incorrect as vehicles are set-up. Incorrect vehicles will be removed from the show by order of the Portland Fire Bureau in accordance with the Uniform Fire Code.
• Your display must fit within your space.
• Exhibitor and Vendor Displays may not be dismantled prior to the announcement of the show’s closing on Sunday evening. All vehicles must be out of the building by 11:59 pm or your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

The Portland Roadster Show isn’t only about celebrating where hot rodding has been — it’s about making sure the passion continues. Through the Multnomah Hot Rod Council, the show and its member clubs support automotive scholarships, vocational programs and high school automotive education throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. The High School Challenge gives young builders an opportunity to bring their work onto the Portland Roadster Show floor, share what they’ve accomplished and become part of the automotive community that will carry this tradition into the future.

Bring your car or automotive-related project, be part of the Portland Roadster Show tradition and compete for prizes from our generous sponsors.

• You must spend a minimum of four (4) hours at the show on Friday or Saturday.
• Students will be issued one (1) Student Pass into the Portland Roadster Show for the weekend. All adults will have to pay the entry fee to get into the show.
• Parking is NOT included in the passes.
• Your project must remain in the show from your scheduled move-in date and time until show closing on Sunday night.
• An essay is required with your entry as to information about your vehicle, (how you got it, what you have done to it, etc.). Entry form with rules is linked below.
• The High School Challenge Award Ceremony will be held at 5 PM on Saturday night of the show.

More Than Booth Space. Being a vendor at the Portland Roadster Show means becoming part of a Northwest hot-rodding tradition that has brought the automotive community together for decades. The show is produced by the all-volunteer Multnomah Hot Rod Council, an organization built around cars, clubs and community spirit. It's a place where builders, enthusiasts, families and automotive businesses come together because they share the same passion. For vendors, it's an opportunity to put your products, services and business right in the middle of that community — and become part of the experience that keeps the Portland Roadster Show tradition going.

The Portland Roadster Show and the Expo Center do not rent or provide power or booth accessories. Contact these two suppliers directly to order tables, carpet, skirting, drapes, stanchions, electrical, high-speed internet, water and natural gas for your booth.

You must contact Expo Center’s electrical contractor or Trade Show Supply House for these services directly.

Advance rates apply to orders received 21 days prior to the event’s start date.

Standard rates apply to orders received after the advance rate deadline.

Late rates apply to orders received seven days prior to the first event move-in day.

The Portland Roadster Show invites you to advertise your products and services in one of the most sought after and collectible Show Programs available.

This valuable keepsake will be sold continuously throughout the show and will be given to each of our over 400 show exhibitors and vendors.
